LOW PRICE GUARANTEE

Our commitment is to keep our costs low so that we can offer you the lowest prices on satellite phone equipment. If you find a lower price on an identical phone from an authorized agent, we will match that price and include free ground shipping as a finder’s fee to you. If you purchase the phone and later find a lower price on identical equipment from an authorized agent within 30 days, we will still refund the difference!

This guarantee applies to the Qualcomm GSP-1700, GSP-1600, Qualcomm GSP-2900, and Motorola 9505 & 9505A. This guarantee does not apply to phones that are no longer in production. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

In order to insure that you are thoroughly satisfied with your purchase, SatellitePhone.com offers a 30 day, 30 minute return or exchange policy. Within 30 days of your order date, or 30 minutes of usage, whichever occurs first, you may request an exchange or refund. SatellitePhone.com must be contacted for returns or exchanges at the location listed below. You must obtain a return authorization number to be eligible for a return or exchange. The merchandise must be in new condition with all accessories, manuals and boxes to qualify for an exchange or refund. A restocking fee of 20% will also be assessed on all refunds. This restocking fee will only be waived on defective item returns and exchanges and only when a defect can be verified by SatellitePhone.com. Shipping costs and activation fees will not be refunded.

RENTAL POLICIES

SATELLITEPHONE.COM RENTAL POLICY: The rental period begins the day the phone is received and ends the day it is shipped or received at an authorized retail location. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and understands that shipping costs are not refundable. A credit card is required to secure the phone. In the event of loss, damage or theft, the customer listed below will be charged for the current retail value of the phone plus any amount paid for the rental, applicable late charges and service fees. If all included accessories are not returned, late charges for these items will apply and the credit card on file may be also charged for their retail value.  If selected, the Rental Protection Plan will cover loss, theft and damage to the phone and its accessories minus the associated deductible.  The Rental Protection Plan does not cover late fees, service charges, or unauthorized usage of the satellite phone.  All calls and service fees will be charged to the same credit card after the rental period ends. This normally occurs within 45 days but may take up to 120 days to process. A $25 service charge is assessed for all declined credit card payments.

Satellite phones must be used outside with a clear view of the sky to place or receive calls. The phone is bigger than a cell phone. Dropped calls are common with handheld satellite phones. There is NO refund if you are dissatisfied with the phone or the service.

Limitation of Liability: The satellite services provided by SatellitePhone.com may be temporarily interrupted, delayed or otherwise limited and is not available everywhere in the world. SatellitePhone.com makes no representation that it can provide uninterrupted service. Furthermore, SatellitePhone.com shall have no liabilities or credit due for interrupted service and SatellitePhone.com shall not be liable for acts or omissions of other carriers, equipment failures or modifications, acts of God, strikes, government actions, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.

SATELLITEPHONE.COM MAKES NO WARRANTIES WITH RESPECTTOTHE SERVICE OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED IN THISAGREEMENT. THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMEDAND EXCLUDED. SATELLITEPHONE.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLETO ITS DISTRIBUTOR OR CUSTOMER OR ANYTHIRD PARTY FORANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. CUSTOMERAGREESTHAT ANY LEGAL PROCEEDING COMMENCED BY ONE PARTYAGAINSTTHE OTHER, SHALL BE ADJUDICATED IN THE STATE OFCALIFORNIA. BOTH PARTIES SUBMIT TO SUCH JURISDICTION AND WAIVE ANY OBJECTION TO VENUE AND/OR CLAIM OF INCONVENIENT FORUM.

ANNUAL SERVICE PLAN POLICY

The annual service plans are commitments to 12 months of service at a particular service plan and are paid for in advance. Annual plans also exempt customers from any price increases that may take place over the course of their 12 month prepaid term. After this 12 month period expires, service will continue to renew on a month to month basis at the current prices even if these prices are higher than when the customer originally subscribed. It is the customer's responsibility to cancel service after this period. Additional airtime charges are charged to the credit card on file automatically on a monthly basis and a monthly statement is issued to outline all additional charges. If the account is closed for any reason, any unused prepaid months will not be refunded. The $250 early termination fee will also apply. Any prepaid service fees may be applied to the account in order to pay any remaining balances. As with standard service plans, cancellation requests must be made in writing 72 hours before the beginning of the month for which the cancellation is to take effect. This request may be made by phone, by e-mail or in writing. However, only requests by e-mail and in writing will be accepted as proof of the request being made in the event that the cancellation is not applied correctly and a credit is requested.

AFFILIATE OPPORTUNITIES

With our subagent program, you maintain you own inventory which you purchase from us at our wholesale prices. When you activate a customer, you fulfill the equipment order and send the activation form to us. With this program, you earn a commission for the activation and the margin on all equipment sales.

With our affiliate program, you do not need to carry any inventory. This means you also do not need to collect any payments or incur any risk of chargebacks or returns. When you receive an order, you simply send the order to SatellitePhone.com, Inc. to be fulfilled. With this program, no effort is needed past the closing of the sale and you receive a larger commission than with our subagent program.

SHIPPING POLICY

SatellitePhone.com strives to ship all orders the same day the order is received. At a minimum, In-Stock items ship within 1 - 2 business days of order placement. Rental orders ship 1 to 3 business days before the start of the requested rental period. SatellitePhone.com will notify customers by phone or e-mail if an ordered item is out-of-stock or backordered.

SatellitePhone.com uses Federal Express for all shipments and limits all shipments to the United States and APO addresses. Upon request, Satellite Phone.com can ship via U.S. Mail for P.O. Boxes and APO addresses (additional fees may apply). Please contact a SatellitePhone.com sales representative for U.S. Mail shipping services. Additional security verification may be required for orders shipped via U.S. Mail or to addresses other than the credit card billing address. Upon checkout, customers will be presented with different shipping method option prior to submitting their order.

Customer consent is required prior to the release of customer information, such as name, address, and telephone number, as well as order information that may be used by an outside organization for marketing or solicitation purposes.
